Returns & Exchanges
Non-Returnable Items:

All sales are final during holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).

Gift cards are not refundable.

Sale and overstock items can be exchanged but not refunded.

Defective items may qualify for store credit or exchange.
Eligible Returns:

Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Opened items may be exchanged or credited, but not refunded.
Return Process:

Requests must be made within 30 days of shipping.

We can’t process returns submitted after this period.

Have your order number and ZIP code ready.

Include a photo of the item showing the issue.

Once approved, we’ll guide you on next steps (return or discard).
Refunds

All refunds require approval after item inspection.

Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email.

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or card issuer first.
Note: We can’t issue refunds for non-refundable or final sale items.
Chargebacks:
If you submit a chargeback, we can’t process a refund until it’s resolved by your bank. This may take up to 75+ days. Contact us first—we’re happy to help faster than the chargeback process.
