Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sales are final during holiday promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).

  • Gift cards are not refundable.

  • Sale and overstock items can be exchanged but not refunded.

  • Defective items may qualify for store credit or exchange.

Eligible Returns:

  • Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Opened items may be exchanged or credited, but not refunded.

Return Process:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of shipping.

  • We can’t process returns submitted after this period.

  • Have your order number and ZIP code ready.

  • Include a photo of the item showing the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll guide you on next steps (return or discard).


Refunds

  • All refunds require approval after item inspection.

  • Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.

  • If your refund is delayed, contact your bank or card issuer first.

Note: We can’t issue refunds for non-refundable or final sale items.

Chargebacks:
If you submit a chargeback, we can’t process a refund until it’s resolved by your bank. This may take up to 75+ days. Contact us first—we’re happy to help faster than the chargeback process.
