Order & Shipping Info
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days before sending a tracking number. Please expect extra time during holidays, big sales, or other delays—especially around Black Friday.
By placing an order, you agree that delays can happen.
After shipping, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time starts after your package is scanned by the carrier, not when you place the order.
Shipping delays or processing times do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks. We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier problems, or other unexpected issues.
Overnight Shipping:

Available Monday–Thursday only.

Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship the next business day.

Overnight shipping does not guarantee next-day arrival.

UPS and other carriers may only deliver on weekdays.

Free shipping on orders over $99 (excluding oversized items).

International Orders

Wrong or Undeliverable Address:
If a package is returned to us, email us with your correct address. Once we get the returned package, we’ll confirm the original address and arrange a reshipment or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Report any missing items within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos.
